MIND BODY PROGRAMMES FOR FERTILITY

What is the relationship between stress and infertility?

Stress has physiological effects that will alter the balance of hormones in the body especially relating to fertility.

The Mind Body Programme for Fertility offers a range of techniques, including relaxation strategies and cognitive restructuring, to help reduce both the psychological and physiological symptoms of stress and increase chances of conceiving.

The 10 week programme is based on Dr Alice D. Domar's renowned Mind Body Programmes currently being run worldwide. The programme is aimed at anyone undergoing fertility treatment or experiencing problems conceiving naturally.

The next Mind Body course in Edinburgh starts February 2009.
